AI & Automated Access Policy

Fulcrium supports the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

At the same time, Fulcrium is committed to protecting the intellectual capital developed through decades of independent benchmarking. This policy explains how Fulcrium's website content may and may not be accessed or used by automated systems, artificial intelligence technologies and similar tools.

Purpose

The information published throughout this website has been carefully selected to communicate the nature of Fulcrium's capabilities while deliberately protecting the accumulated comparative intelligence, intellectual frameworks, analytical methodologies and intellectual capital upon which those capabilities have been developed.

Nothing contained within this website should be interpreted as permission to reproduce, extract, analyse or reuse Fulcrium's published content through automated technologies beyond that permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised in writing.

Scope

This policy applies to automated systems including, without limitation:

  • artificial intelligence systems;
  • large language models;
  • machine learning systems;
  • retrieval systems;
  • knowledge bases;
  • automated extraction tools;
  • web crawlers and scraping technologies;
  • bots and automated agents;
  • embedding systems;
  • content aggregation services;
  • derivative content generation systems.

Unauthorised Uses

Without Fulcrium's prior written permission, visitors and automated systems must not:

  • scrape, crawl or systematically extract website content;
  • use website content to train, fine-tune or optimise artificial intelligence systems;
  • use website content to construct retrieval systems or knowledge bases;
  • generate derivative commercial content based upon Fulcrium's original terminology, conceptual frameworks or published materials;
  • repurpose Fulcrium's original content through automated summarisation, rewriting or transformation for commercial purposes;
  • incorporate Fulcrium's published materials into products or services that compete with Fulcrium.

Intellectual Capital

Fulcrium's published materials represent carefully selected public expressions of a much broader body of accumulated comparative intelligence, interpretive judgement, analytical methodologies, intellectual frameworks and benchmarking capability.

The publication of selected information should not be interpreted as placing that intellectual capital into the public domain or granting permission for automated extraction or derivative commercial use.

Search Engines

Nothing within this policy is intended to prevent ordinary indexing by legitimate internet search engines for the purpose of enabling users to locate Fulcrium's website, provided such indexing complies with applicable law and does not reproduce, repurpose or commercially exploit Fulcrium's intellectual capital beyond ordinary search result display.

Permission Requests

Requests relating to research, licensing, reproduction, artificial intelligence applications or other proposed uses of Fulcrium's published material should be submitted to Fulcrium in writing before any proposed use.
